Hygiene and Control : 

Throughout our production we apply different laboratory tests starting with the raw milk to the final product. We guarantee that the raw milk matches the required specifications. Then, it is heat treated according to the international standards of the semi hard cheese.

In Riyada, quality is based on TQM “Total Quality Management” applied in each production step. Thus, the quality is assured by a group of specialists and engineers whose responsibilities start by selecting the finest source of raw milk, then applying Chemical and Bacteriological tests on the Milk on daily basis to meet our customers.

Each production process is followed up and each batch recorded. Moreover, our specialists make sure that every material delivered to the factory is according to the international specification.
