Terms & Conditions

 Unless stated otherwise hereinbelow, or expressly agreed otherwise in writing:

• the Terms & Conditions of Sale of riyada. and its Subsidiaries shall apply in respect of all sales of products by riyada and its Subsidiaries; for convenience, there are translations of these terms and conditions available in Dutch, French, German, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish;
• the Additional Conditions of Sale of riyada and its Subsidiaries, shall, in addition, apply in respect of all sales of cheese products by Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its Subsidiaries; for convenience, there is a translation of these additional conditions available in Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish;
  and
• the General Purchase riyada. and its Subsidiaries shall apply in respect of all purchases of products / services by riyada and its Subsidiaries.

2.       The General Terms and Conditions of Sale of riyada. and its Subsidiaries shall apply in respect of all sales of products by riyada. and its Subsidiaries.
