    Ingredients
    • 400 gm firm mozzarella cheese, 1 cup and half flour
    • 1/2 cup cornstarch, 4 eggs
    • A tablespoon of milk, a teaspoon of salt)
    • Yellow pepper: 2 pills (cube chopped)
    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 2 cups coarse ground rusk
    • A tablespoon of garlic powder
    • Dry herbs like parsley or thyme
    • Vegetable oil for frying
    How to prepare:-

    1-We will cut the cheese to a sawabee of the size they want .. Mix the flour and starch well.
    2-Beat the eggs, add the milk, salt and black pepper
    3-Mix rusk with garlic powder and herbs (parsley and thyme)
    4-Dip each finger of cheese in eggs, then flour, then eggs, then into the rusk mixture until it is topped with the mixture
    5-Arrange the fingerprints on a large tray and put them in the freezer for a quarter of an hour
    6-Heat the oil and gradually put the fingers in it carefully and fry it over a medium heat until it is golden in color
    7-Lift and lay it on kitchen paper and serve on its own or with any sauce you like.
